Not A Problem

Things which people think are the root of the problem but aren't

• Its really, really old and crufty

  • Refactoring has been slowly cleaning up the code

• Lots of old, unfixed bugs

  • Bugs can be fixed

• Lousy docs

  • Docs can be written and improved

• Lack of easily accessable module meta-data

  • Makefile.PL can (and will) generate a meta-data file easily

• make is weak, use <insert favorite build tool here>

  • switching to another build tool will not help, because...
